李氏醉心指揮藝術,曾赴歐洲隨多位國際指揮大師學習,包括詹姆斯·朱特、阿利姆·沙克及馬丁·西格哈特等,並曾指揮多個歐洲專業樂團演出,包括摩拉維亞愛樂樂團、南捷克愛樂樂團、西波希米亞交響樂團及卡羅維發利交響樂團等,並與大邱森林樂團合作交流及演出。其指揮足跡遍及捷克、匈牙利、台灣及韓國等地。
李氏長期投身音樂教育,獲邀於多間中小學任教單簧管及薩克管,並為校內樂團擔任指揮及策劃音樂訓練課程,致力培育新一代音樂人才。
李氏畢業於香港教育學院及香港浸會大學,分別獲音樂教育學士及文學碩士(音樂)學位,主修合唱指揮,並師承單簧管演奏家蔡國田。
Mr. Kin Lun Lee is a clarinetist, saxophonist, and conductor, and one of the founders of the Hong Kong Post-Modern Orchestra Association. He currently serves as the conductor of the Hong Kong Post-Modern Orchestra. Committed to the development of orchestral music in Hong Kong, Mr. Lee has established both youth and adult orchestras, providing structured ensemble training for musicians of different age groups and promoting lifelong music learning.
Passionate about conducting, Mr. Lee has studied in Europe with renowned conductors including James Judd, Alim Shakh, and Martin Sieghart. He has conducted several professional orchestras in Europe, including the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra, South Czech Philharmonic, West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra, and Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra. He has also collaborated and performed with the Daegu Forest Orchestra. His conducting engagements have taken him to Czech Republic, Hungary, Taiwan, and South Korea.
Mr. Lee is actively engaged in music education and has been invited to teach clarinet and saxophone at various primary and secondary schools. He also serves as a conductor and music programme planner for school orchestras, nurturing young musicians and fostering musical development.
Mr. Lee graduated from the Hong Kong Institute of Education and Hong Kong Baptist University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Music Education and a Master of Arts in Music (majoring in Choral Conducting). He studied clarinet under Choi Kwok Tin.
